In 1999, during a morning break, twelve legal investigators attending the National Association of Legal Investigator training conference in New Orleans, LA met for the first time. The impetus of the meeting was to discuss formation of a small professional group of investigators, who specialized in large civil litigation cases, that could meet on a periodic basis for the express purpose of sharing with one another: expert resource information, skill improvement, new investigation techniques and tools. All confidentially shared with each member, without cost, obligation or used in any unethical manner. The formation of a professional workgroup dedicated to constant skillset improvement through collarboration and specialization.
Since our founding in 1999, the original twelve members have welcomed additional members who abide by the original guiding principles. The result of this investigator affiliation is a synergistic, experienced, extremely qualified association of legal investigators and forensic specialists based throughout the US, who are equipped to handle the most complex, technically challenging and difficult investigations.
All members have extensive trial testimony experience over a 15 to 40 year professional worklife basis. All have worked multi-million dollar verdict cases. Many have authored forensic treatises. Many are currently employed by members of the Inner Circle of Attorney Advocates www.innercircle.org and the very best lawyer advocates throughout the US.
Members maintain continual contact with one another via private group email lists and direct contact. They gather each year at an agreed upon host member location for an intense three day exchange of information and technique.
The association adds members upon a current member recommendation basis only. No annual dues or expense is levied upon any member for any expense.
